Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

CNC Machine Operation:
- Operate and maintain CNC machines (milling machines, lathes, etc.) to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Set up and adjust CNC machines, including tool changes, zero point setting, and program input.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
Advance Robotics:
- Operate and program industrial robots for various tasks, including material handling, welding, and assembly.
- Understand and interpret robotic programming languages and software.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on robotic systems.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to optimize robotic processes.
Export Line Operations:
- Understand export procedures and documentation requirements.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and export regulations.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to facilitate timely export shipments.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (ME) or Automobile Engineering (AE) from a recognized Polytechnic.
Fresher or 6 month in CNC machine operation and robotics.
Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
Proficiency in CNC programming and operation.
Experience with industrial robots and robotic programming languages.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
